Sara Milne Rowe is one of the UK’s leading performance coaches working with CEOs, senior leaders and their teams, often in high challenge situations, so they can achieve more, learn faster, grow stronger habits and live better lives.

She nudges her clients to deliberately choose, use and adapt high-performance practices to apply to their real work priorities to maximise their leadership impact and take others with them. 

Sara founded her award-winning company, Coaching Impact, in 2008 and works across a range of industries including Creative & Media, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Legal and Education. She also supports female entrepreneurs, fast-track starts-ups, not for profit organisations and has clients throughout the UK and across the world.  Before that she was a leader in two challenging inner-city schools. 

Her book The Shed Method: (commissioned & published by Penguin UK in 2018) introduces the mind management energy framework coaching impact uses to help clients build habits for results and have impact for good.

She still has a passion for education and this year partnered with a school supporting Yr 11 girls to build the most useful performance practices to lead themselves better under pressure, conserve their energy and achieve the results they want.
