Communicating culture

Transposing an intangible concept, such as culture, into engaging communication materials requires a skill no less important than listening. Not only do employers get access to a creative mind, but they are also offered on on-site support so that the designers can to truly understand the culture that makes an employer unique. Building the internal brand

The employer brand identity is not often given the same status as the full corporate identity. It's fairly common for companies to not have a documented employer brand identity at all! We think this is back to front; brands should emanate from the inside out. Our branding consultants have advised some of the UK's most prominent names on their brand architecture. They share insights and steward brands, helping them to create fully-fledged internal brand identities, snappy short-form guidelines, employees presentations and management senior executives along the way.

Professionalising creativity

An experienced team of designers and developers take great care when finding the balance between creative that excites employees and a measured hand which ensures brand adherence. Projects are managed from initial ideation – which can be as collaborative or as hand-off as agreed – right through to production via a trusted network of professional suppliers.

Retained support packages encourages in-house communicators to engage more frequently, bringing a pattern of fluidity to comms. For a fixed monthly fee clients use credits throughout the year without the need to approve budgets each time. Alternatively, a project by project basis provides flexibility.
